Support Technician, you’ll keep critical systems humming across our car wash locations so teams can deliver fast, seamless service. You’ll blend sharp troubleshooting with hands-on installs and steady communication—on-site and remote.Key responsibilities:- Build and support LANs; run, terminate, test, and trace Ethernet cabling- Support car wash POS systems and on-site technology- Install and maintain IP camera systems, wiring, and remote access- Troubleshoot PCs/servers, VoIP phones, printers, scanners, and peripherals- Support Microsoft Office 365, Gmail, Slack, QuickBooks, Adobe, and other apps- Assist with Active Directory: accounts, password resets, and access control- Respond to requests remotely/on-site, including on-call during operating hours- Document procedures, issues, and resolutions; coordinate with ops and vendors- Work safely with ladders/power tools around water, heat, noise, and electricityQualifications (required): HS diploma/GED, 18+, valid driver’s license, travel-ready, tool-capable, safety-minded problem solver.
