WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE I 

OVERVIEW 

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for assisting in the logistics of receiving, processing, storing, and shipping inventory. They ensure the warehouse operates efficiently, safely, and in compliance with company policies. 

RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Unload incoming shipments, verify contents against purchase orders, and store items appropriately. 
  • Organize and maintain inventory, conduct regular stock checks, and report discrepancies. 
  • Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately to meet customer requirements. 
  • Inspect products for defects or damage and ensure compliance with quality standards. 
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment. 
  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery as needed. 
  • Follow all safety protocols and warehouse procedures to prevent accidents and injuries. 
  • Actively supports the defined goals and objectives of the company. 
  • Projects a professional, total-quality image in all aspects of this position. 
  • Performs other duties as assigned or as judgment or necessity dictates. 


REQUIRED EXPERIENCE 

  • Proven experience in warehouse operations. 
  • Ability to operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks). 
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems and software. 
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills. 
  • Physical ability to lift or move heavy products. 
  • High school diploma or equivalent. 
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 
  • PCBA firmware and software programming desirable training  
  • Good oral and written business communication skills.   

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS 

Up to 10% travel may be required 

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS 

While performing the duties of this job, employees may be required to walk for prolonged periods of time, frequently bending, climbing, rotating, squatting, reaching, kneeling, or stooping, lifting up to 25 pounds, and periods of computer use. 

Employees may be frequently exposed to heat/cold, heights, gases, vibration, dust, chemicals, odors, dampness, fumes, and noises.
