We are seeking a passionate and driven Payments Business Analyst to join our growing team. This role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge fintech solutions, contribute to high-impact projects, and collaborate with talented professionals across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
  • Create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
  • Work with banks and internal stakeholders to understand payment processing needs.
  • Support implementation of payment products across ACH, Fedwire, RTP, FedNow, and SWIFT.
  • Participate in backlog grooming, sprint planning, and requirement walkthroughs.
  • Collaborate with development and QA teams throughout the SDLC.
  • Support UAT, production issue analysis, and client escalations.
  • Conduct gap analysis and recommend product enhancements.
  • Ensure solutions comply with industry standards and payment regulations.
Required Qualifications
  • 10 +years of Business Analyst experience in Banking or Payments.
  • Strong understanding of ACH, Fedwire, RTP, FedNow, and SWIFT payment processing.
  • Knowledge of ISO 20022 payment messaging.
  • Experience writing user stories, BRDs, FRDs, and acceptance criteria.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with payment hubs or payment modernization platforms.
  • Knowledge of compliance, sanctions screening, OFAC, AML, and fraud controls.
  • Experience with APIs, payment integrations, and file-based payment processing.
  • Exposure to banking products and treasury management systems.
