The PM will establish and maintain professional working relationships with Government representatives, Government counterparts, subcontractors, vendors, and EMI Services personnel. The position will coordinate closely with trade supervisors and other key personnel to ensure efficient production, timely response to service requirements, and effective utilization of manpower, equipment, materials, and resources.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary EMI Services representative to the Government for day-to-day program execution and contract performance.
  • Provide overall leadership, direction, and oversight of facilities management and maintenance operations supporting Fort Stewart and Hunter Army Airfield.
  • Direct and coordinate the activities of multiple trade shops and functional areas, including maintenance, repair, utilities, building systems, and other facility-related services.
  • Supervise and provide technical and operational guidance to Trade Supervisors and other field leadership personnel.
  • Plan, prioritize, schedule, and monitor work to ensure contract requirements, performance standards, and customer expectations are achieved.
  • Maintain effective communication and professional relationships with Government personnel, subcontractors, vendors, and internal management.
  • Oversee procurement and availability of required materials, parts, equipment, tools, and supplies necessary to support uninterrupted field operations.
  • Monitor workforce productivity, resource utilization, quality of work, and adherence to established schedules.
  • Review work orders, production reports, maintenance records, and other operational documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Assist with development and management of project budgets, forecasts, schedules, staffing requirements, and operational plans.
  • Ensure all work is performed in compliance with applicable safety, environmental, quality control, and Government requirements.
  • Identify operational challenges and develop corrective actions to improve efficiency, customer satisfaction, and overall program performance.
  • Coordinate with Government representatives regarding priorities, outages, mission requirements, service requests, and emergent maintenance needs.
  • Support subcontractor management, including coordination of work, performance monitoring, and compliance with contract requirements.
  • Ensure required reports, records, invoices, and other administrative documentation are completed accurately and submitted in accordance with contract requirements.
  • Participate in inspections, quality assurance activities, performance reviews, and Government meetings as required.
  • Provide leadership during emergency, contingency, and mission-critical maintenance situations.
