Job description

Job Summary
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Production Coordinator to support daily production operations and ensure smooth coordination between production, warehouse, and sales teams. This role is responsible for production scheduling, ERP data entry, inventory coordination, and maintaining accurate operational records to ensure efficiency and on-time order fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate daily and weekly production schedules based on sales orders, inventory levels, and production capacity.
• Enter, update, and validate production orders, inventory transactions, and shipping information in Odoo ERP (or other ERP systems).
• Monitor raw materials and finished goods inventory to ensure sufficient stock levels and proper allocation for production.
• Collaborate with warehouse staff on receiving, picking, and inventory handling to ensure accuracy and timely fulfillment.
• Track production progress and proactively communicate delays or issues to internal teams.
• Maintain accurate production logs, batch records, and inventory reports to ensure data integrity.
• Serve as a liaison between production, quality control, warehouse, and sales teams to ensure operational alignment.
• Assist in addressing order-related inquiries with a professional and solution-oriented approach.
Qualifications & Skills
• 1-2 years of experience in production coordination, operations, warehouse, or manufacturing environment preferred.
• Experience with Odoo ERP or other ERP systems preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry and validation.
• Basic understanding of warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, and inventory handling.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic computer applications.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform light physical warehouse tasks when needed.
• Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.

Pay Range: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour (Based on Experience)
Shift: One Shift per day, 40 hours per week
