The Opportunity

How You'll Make an Impact

  • Ensure compliance with all external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

  • Monitor and improve performance aspects of Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Inventory goals.

  • Promote and participate in Continuous Improvement activities.

  • Complete work orders and enter data into CMMS (SAP) daily.

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and SAP (CMMS) schedules.

  • Report downtime concerns to the Lead Technician.

  • Submit parts and tool requirements through inventory systems.

  • Assist in managing overall shift performance and communicate work assignments.

  • Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.

Your Background

  • High School degree or GED equivalent required.

  • Mechanical, electrical, and/or fabrication skills and experience.

  • Basic computer skills, including SAP.

  • HVAC and welding experience preferred.

  • Ability to operate industrial equipment, including cranes and forklifts.

  • Ability to read and understand blueprints and simple schematics.

  • Experience in lean manufacturing (4Q, JIDOKA, 6S) is a plus.
