Our experienced crew and fleet of Cessna 337s are equipped to handle a wide range of operational needs.
A2G International has multiple full-time openings (Upon Contract Award) for Mission System Operator in support of our Titusville, Florida facility and OCONUS operations. Candidates for these positions must have documented aviation experience, ideally within DoD. They will be expected to support global airborne operations as part of an integrated team providing services based on contract requirements.
Personnel supporting this program will be expected to complete A2G's airborne MSO training. They will conduct mission briefs, execute sorties and then participate in debriefs and post mission documentation. A strong background in integrated flight operations in support of ground maneuver is required to successfully fill these positions.
These positions are subject to deployment overseas (periodically) and short-notice recall from off-duty hours to support emergent requirements, night, weekend and holiday work can be expected.

  • Experience working with Military customers in a forward deployed operational environment.
  • Knowledge of ISR collection tactics, techniques, and procedures as well as the targeting cycle
  • Experience with COMMINT, ELINT, SAR/GMTI, SIGINT Collection systems
  • Experience with at least one known mission software suite, e.g., Orion, Claw, Weaver, Harbinger, Prospector, AIMS-HD.
  • Experience in executing airborne collections
  • Ability to obtain a Top Secret security clearance
  • Ability to obtain an FAA Class 2 Physical
  • The support will be on a rotational basis and 12 hours a day seven days a weeks when on rotation
  • Pre-mission planning and coordination specific to COMMINT, ELINT, SAR/GMTI, SIGINT collections
  • Completion of pre-mission hardware and system checks
  • Maintaining customer communication while executing collections using standard messaging and radio services
  • Creating and disseminating mission products while airborne
  • Identification, isolation of and reporting of hardware and software defects
  • Liaise between supported customer and contractor elements
  • Log mission intelligence gathered for further exploitation and dissemination
  • Operate and maintain all associated mission equipment related to the collection systems mentioned above.
