Description:

They effectively apply fundamental concepts and procedures to work that is increasingly complex and varied.
Design engineer with ASIC structural steel and ACI 318 concrete design experience to support the Oconee Nuclear Station projects. Responsible for the design of pipe supports with loads provided by the pipe stress engineering group, evaluation of concrete wall core bores, and design of concrete anchorage. Individual will also support field walkdowns and interface with craft to support installation activities.
Other Desire Design Experience:
* PE License in Structural Engineering
* MSCE
* Design Code Experience: ASIC, ACI 318, ASCE
* Software Experience: GT STRUDL, ANSYS, or similar structural design software experience
* 10 years of discipline experience
* M-Th 7am-530pm; per diem if qualified; OT as needed
