• Conduct individual therapy sessions remotely via secure video conferencing tools.
• Assess clients’ mental health needs through initial consultations, utilizing effective diagnostic methodologies.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to the unique circumstances and goals of each client.
• Regularly evaluate the progress of clients and make necessary adjustments to therapeutic interventions to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Maintain detailed and accurate client records in compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams or refer clients to specialized services when indicated to promote holistic care.
• Adhere to the highest ethical standards and protocols as mandated by state and national regulations in mental health practice.

You will engage with a diverse client population, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health disorders. Our model allows you to work closely with clients from various backgrounds, ensuring that treatment is culturally sensitive and empathetic. Your clinical insights and therapeutic approach will help clients navigate their challenges and achieve their mental wellness goals.

• A Bachelor's Degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field is required; a Master's degree is preferred.
• Active licensure in your respective state as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD).

• Demonstrated experience in delivering individual therapy sessions, preferably in a virtual format.
• Proficiency in using digital platforms for telehealth services, ensuring smooth navigation during therapy sessions.
• Strong interpersonal skills that foster trusting therapist-client relationships and a collaborative spirit amongst colleagues.
• Ability to work independently while also contributing positively to a supportive team dynamic.
