We are a dynamic photography team specializing in capturing unforgettable moments at surf schools across Hawaii. Our photographers work directly on the beach and in the water to document guests learning to surf, creating high-quality images available for purchase. We are passionate about storytelling, the ocean, and delivering excellent customer service. The best part? No prior photography experience is needed - we provide all the camera equipment and offer comprehensive training to teach you the skills you need to thrive in this role. Position Overview
We are looking for motivated individuals who are passionate about photography and love working in fast-paced, outdoor environments. As a member of our surf school photography team, you will be responsible for capturing guests learning to surf, managing photo sales, and maintaining strong relationships with surf instructors and customers. The ideal candidate is adaptable, professional, and able to work independently while contributing to a supportive and energetic team atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities
  • Capture high-quality images of guests during their surf lessons, both from shore.
  • Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner to create a fun and memorable experience.
  • Edit and organize images efficiently for same-day sales.
  • Manage photo sales on-site, including handling payments and digital delivery.
  • Communicate effectively with surf instructors and fellow photographers to ensure smooth coordination and coverage.
  • Stay organized and on-schedule to ensure each lesson is captured and every guest is attended to.
