Job Opportunity

This is a remote position. SUMMARY The Entrepreneur manages and runs your own domestic freight brokerage business with the support of a turnkey operations. The software, insurance, and the tools are provided to make you successful to achieve the financial independence and freedom from your own hard work. The fundamental role is to develop your own freight brokerage selling program by utilizing the infrastructure built to make you and your business successful. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Including the following. Other duties may be assigned. Entrepreneurial and Sales Leadership: Responsible for obtaining and developing your own book of business Responsible for developing a business plan covering sales, revenue, and expense controls Personnel: Plan, build and close your own domestic freight business Understand/Utilize the ImEx tools, programs, pricing, and systems to provide the best customer experience Quoting, Emailing, Answering Phones, Making Cargo reservations and bookings Coordinate and work with ImEx team to provide best customer service to agents, clients, partners and vendors Prepare BOL's and ensure all paperwork is in order Communicate effectively/ provide accurate and timely information & documentation Provide follow up to problems/ Ensure cargo arrival status/Track & Trace Stay current on training so you possess sufficient technical knowledge to present information on the company's products in an accurate and balanced manner Requirements QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS Effective communication skills both written and verbal 5 years successful business management A proven track record and demonstrated success Experienced in freight brokerage business Demonstrated success in achieving goals Ability to establish and manage executive-level customer relationships Ability to work effectively in a matrix-management environment with extended team members Ability to resolve complex problems Ability to develop strategies, and execute Benefits Administration: Manage your own sales function, streamlining processes and systems wherever possible, and advising management on ways to maximize business relationships and create an environment where customer service can flourish Planning: Assist in the development of the annual business plan, specifically Utilize ImEx programs/structure/systems to maximize your sales goals
