What is an OCD specialist?

An OCD job typically refers to roles related to Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) treatment or research, often in mental health fields. They work to help individuals manage symptoms through evidence-based treatments like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP).
