Job description

The Recovery Village Indianapolis
Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday or Sunday-Thursday

As part of a national behavioral healthcare network, our teams work together to create a supportive environment for both patients and staff.

Job Duties
  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy in a residential treatment setting
  • Complete biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Facilitate group sessions and psychoeducation
  • Collaborate with medical, psychiatric, and clinical teams to support patient progress
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation (with support from Heather AI)
  • Support discharge planning and continuity of care

Requirements
  • Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, MFT, or related field
  • Licensed or pre-licensed required
    • LCAC (Licensed Addiction Counselor)
    • APC (Associate Professional Counselor)
    • LMSW (Licensed Master's Social Worker)
    • AMFT (Associate Marriage and Family Therapist)
    • LCAC (Licensed Addiction Counselor)
    • LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor)
    • LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker)
    • LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist)
  • Experience with substance use and/or co-occurring disorders preferred
  • Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
  • CPR and BFA Certification required.
