SUMMARY
Practices as an Occupational Therapist within the scope of care defined in the Georgia Occupational Therapy Act. Plans, implements and evaluates effectiveness of OT intervention to assigned patients, assuring a continuum of care within a hospital, ambulatory clinic, long term care facility and/or community based environment. Rotates, at designated intervals, to particular units of service in order to explore, train in and achieve satisfactory competency in a variety of OT practice areas.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Graduate of an Occupational Therapy program that is accredited by the NBOTC or the American Occupational Therapy Association and licensed or eligible for licensure in the State of Georgia required.
  • Current American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider Certification
