Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) – Full-Time
Autumn Lake at Windsor
Windsor, CT
$30–$33/hour

Ultimate Therapy is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our rehabilitation team. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a skilled nursing and post-acute care setting where you'll help residents improve independence, restore function, and achieve meaningful rehabilitation goals.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Deliver occupational therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), upper extremity strengthening, coordination, balance, and functional mobility
  • Implement individualized treatment plans designed to maximize independence and safety
  • Observe resident progress and communicate updates to the supervising Occupational Therapist
  • Collaborate with PTs, SLPs, nursing staff, and the interdisciplinary care team
  • Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
