Job description

Mon/Wed: 9am-5:30pm; Tu/Fri: 8am-4:30pm; Th: 8:30am-5pm Outpatient OT hand and neuro. The Occupational Therapist I is responsible for providing patient care for individuals requiring rehabilitation. The patient care is directed to the individual's special needs in an effort to optimize their physical, functional, psychological, social, and emotional well-being. This position reports to the Assistant Director, Rehabilitation Services under the clinical supervision of Level II Therapists and operates within established organizational and departmental policies and procedures. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: • Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy required; Master of Science or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy preferred • Valid licensure as Occupational Therapist in Massachusetts required • Current Basic Life Support certification (BLS) from the American Heart Association required • Previous experience as an Occupational Therapist
