Does your Facility require physicians to be board certified?: No

Minimum Board Certification: Eligible

What is the license requirement to bid?: Licensed in WI only

Estimated Credentialing Timeframe (Days): 60 with possible sooner

Coverage for our Occupational Health Clinics, Monday-Friday anywhere from

7:30am-5:00pm CST. DOT certified preferred, will complete post offer physicals, workers compensation

management, DOT exams, perform a variety of specialty exams such as HazMat, Dept. of Corrections, and

Government contracts. No nights, call, weekends or holidays. Our clinics utilize EPIC and Systoc for EMR.
