Specific Position Duties
• Represent Odessa College students and community
• Support Student Success Coaches
• Communicate with prospective and current students
• Educate students and the community of campus services and programs
• Promote student involvement in campus and community events
• Serve as a role model and mentor to fellow students
• Promote and strive for academic excellence
• Provide excellent customer service and work in a front desk environment
• Complete mandatory training and meetings
• Ability to work up to 19 hours per week at an hourly rate of $10.00
Minimum Qualifications
• Earn and maintain a GPA of 2.5.
• Be willing to commit to summer, fall and spring terms.
• Enrolled in at least 6 credit hours per semester
