Job description

Devoted Studios is a globally remote game development company specializing in Co-development, Porting, and End-to-End Art Production for the global gaming industry. We collaborate across time zones to support projects on all major platforms, engines and styles - from AAA titles to emerging technologies.

Our team includes world-class talents who bring deep expertise in external development, pipeline optimization, and creative problem-solving. Whether it's porting games to new systems, enhancing gameplay features, or crafting stunning visuals, Devoted Studios operates as a trusted, flexible extension of our partners' internal teams.

We are proud to be the development partner of choice for industry leaders such as:

  • 2K
  • Xbox
  • Meta
  • Obsidian Entertainment
  • Turtle Rock Studios
  • Gearbox Software

Our CEO is deeply involved in sales, partnerships, and running the company day-to-day. We're looking for someone based in Los Angeles who can work alongside her and help turn client conversations and opportunities into real execution across the company.

This is a hands-on, high-trust role. Much of the work involves coordinating internal teams, organizing proposals and deal materials, and ensuring follow-through after client discussions.

We are actively building AI-driven workflows across the company, and the right person will be excited about experimenting with AI tools, automation, and cloud systems while helping implement them across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development Support

  • Turn client conversations into structured internal action plans
  • Coordinate teams to assemble proposals, estimates, and delivery approaches
  • Organize materials needed to move opportunities forward (case studies, decks, capabilities)
  • Track opportunities from first conversation through proposal and close
  • Maintain CRM records and opportunity documentation

Team Coordination

  • Coordinate leadership and production teams to deliver inputs required for proposals and
    projects
  • Track commitments, deadlines, and deliverables across teams
  • Follow up consistently to ensure work moves forward
  • Surface blockers early and escalate when needed

Operations & Special Projects

  • Run research-to-execution projects such as vendor evaluations, tools, or internal processes
  • Help implement and improve AI-driven workflows and automation across the company
  • Support planning and execution of company events, industry gatherings, and partnerships

Personal Support

  • Be a trusted, steady presence alongside the CEO and help create the conditions for her to do
    her best work
  • Take ownership of day-to-day responsibilities that would otherwise pull the CEO's attention
    away from running the company
  • Notice what needs to be handled and step in proactively so the CEO can stay focused and
    effective
  • Work closely with the CEO in a high-trust partnership built on reliability and awareness

Requirements

  • Someone who owns tasks end-to-end and finishes them
  • AI-obsessed and always experimenting with new tools, automation, and cloud software
  • Clear communicator who can coordinate across teams and keep projects moving
  • 5+ years of experience in executive support, operations, or a similar high-ownership role
  • Familiar with CRM tools, Google Workspace, Notion, Asana, or similar systems
  • Based in Los Angeles and able to work on-site
  • Experience in games, entertainment, or technology companies is a plus
