Role Overview

The Engagement Lead / Program Architect will provide overall leadership, governance, and architectural direction for the observability program. This role ensures alignment with business stakeholders, executive leadership, and technical teams while driving the roadmap, methodology, and long-term maturity of monitoring and observability capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own overall observability program governance and delivery oversight
  • Lead stakeholder engagement, executive communication, and alignment
  • Define and manage the observability roadmap, milestones, and success metrics
  • Provide architecture and methodology oversight across monitoring platforms
  • Ensure consistency, standards, and best practices across observability implementations
  • Produce executive-level reporting on platform health, value realization, and progress
  • Coordinate across Splunk, ServiceNow, and infrastructure/application teams

Required Skills & Experience

  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, observability, or monitoring programs
  • Strong background in Splunk / enterprise monitoring ecosystems
  • Experience leading large-scale observability or transformation initiatives
  • Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to translate technical metrics into business outcomes
