Job description

Overview
We are seeking a Senior Technical Product Analyst - Unified Observability, Enablement & AIOps to lead the enterprise strategy, adoption, and continuous evolution of monitoring and AIOps capabilities. This role functions as a strategic leader and subject matter expert, driving observability maturity across the organization and ensuring telemetry, analytics, and insights measurably improve system reliability, operational efficiency, and risk reduction.
The ideal candidate combines deep expertise in observability platforms, advanced analytics, and enterprise operations with a strong executive presence. You will influence cross-functional teams and senior leadership by translating complex operational data into actionable insights, strategic recommendations, and measurable business outcomes.
Responsibilities
  • Define and drive the enterprise observability implementation roadmap, aligning with business priorities, risk reduction goals, and operational excellence.
  • Present regular executive-level updates, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership with clear linkage to business value.
  • Serve as the product owner for observability capabilities, ensuring alignment across engineering, operations, and leadership stakeholders.
  • Own the end-to-end Dynatrace lifecycle for observability capabilities, including onboarding, adoption, and operationalization across enterprise systems.
  • Drive scalable onboarding frameworks and prioritize demand based on business criticality, risk exposure, and customer impact.
  • Enforce enterprise standards.
  • Establish and enforce enterprise standards for instrumentation, telemetry, and AIOps readiness.
  • Coordinate and validate Monitoring overlay diagrams.
  • Lead initiatives to identify and close gaps in monitoring coverage, instrumentation, and analytics to strengthen enterprise resilience.
  • Ensure observability capabilities are tightly integrated into incident management and operational workflows.
  • Translate complex telemetry into executive-level insights, dashboards, and narratives that drive action and decision-making.
  • Coordinate the development of role-based dashboards, reporting frameworks, and analytics models supporting Operations, NOC, and MIM.
  • Drive consistency and alignment with ServiceNow CMDB and enterprise data sources.
  • Influence and partner with engineering, platform, and operations leaders to embed observability into the software lifecycle.
  • Lead enterprise-wide training, enablement, and adoption programs for observability and AIOps capabilities.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Extensive experience in IT operations, monitoring, observability, or AIOps-focused supporting enterprise environments.
  • Extensive expertise in enterprise observability platforms such as Dynatrace encompassing large-scale implementation, development of onboarding frameworks, and operationalization.
  • Proven experience defining and executing enterprise-level observability or monitoring strategies, including roadmap development aligned to business priorities and risk reduction outcomes.
  • Experience owning or supporting end-to-end observability lifecycle management, including instrumentation, telemetry ingestion, alerting models, and integration into incident workflows.
  • Demonstrated ability to establish, govern, and enforce enterprise monitoring standards, including instrumentation, telemetry design, naming conventions, and data quality controls.
  • Strong experience identifying monitoring gaps and driving remediation initiatives, including coverage validation, service mapping, and dependency analysis.
  • Experience integrating observability platforms with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow Event Management to enable automated alert correlation, incident creation, and operational workflows.
  • Advanced analytical and data interpretation skills, with a track record of converting telemetry into actionable insights, KPIs, and measurable outcomes.
  • Strong executive communication and storytelling skills, with experience translating complex observability data into dashboards, reports, and decision-ready insights.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional collaboration across engineering, platform, operations (NOC/MIM), and leadership teams to embed observability into the software and operational lifecycle.

Desired Qualifications
  • Strong understanding of AIOps platforms, including event correlation, anomaly detection, and predictive analytics capabilities.
  • Experience in large, regulated enterprise environments with a focus on risk, auditability, and compliance-driven monitoring.
  • Experience with ServiceNow CMDB and data integration, ensuring alignment between observability tools and enterprise configuration data.
  • Proven ability to implement enterprise logging solutions such as LogicMonitor, Splunk and Cribl that enhance observability, strengthen audit compliance, and enable faster incident detection and resolution.
  • Experience defining, writing, and evolving enterprise monitoring and observability standards, including instrumentation guidelines, telemetry requirements, and alerting frameworks.
  • Strong ability to assess current-state observability maturity and identify gaps across monitoring coverage, data quality, service visibility, and AIOps readiness.
  • Proven track record of driving continuous improvement of observability standards and governance frameworks, including alignment with enterprise architecture and operational best practices.
  • Experience conducting monitoring maturity assessments, gap analyses, and remediation of roadmaps across complex application and infrastructure portfolios.
