Job description

Total Solutions Inc is seeking a Management Program Analyst to provide the following duties:
- Supporting the Government staff in all aspects of conducting strategy management: strategic planning, execution, integration, communication, and foresight.
- Conducting data collection, project management, and analysis and evaluation of strategic planning requirements.
- Coordinating, facilitating and documenting key meetings and strategy assessments.
- Compiling information for reports, presentations, and meetings.
- Preparing written materials in support of strategic communications.
- Being responsible for all event planning aspects of strategy management.
Degree: Graduate Degree is required.
Field of study: Healthcare related programs such as public health; healthcare administration; marketing, or business administration with emphasis in healthcare; organizational management with emphasis in healthcare; strategic management, continuous improvement; leadership or closely related field with an emphasis in healthcare course work.
Certifications or Licensures: Certified Balanced Scorecard Master Professional and possess at least one of the following certifications or equivalent in a related discipline.
  • FACHE - Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives
  • PMP - Certified Project Management Professional
  • LSS - Lean Six Sigma Process Improvement Certification
  • HCQM - Healthcare Quality and Management Certification
  • CPHQ - Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality
  • Professional Certificate in Foresight (University of Houston)
  • OBM - Organizational Behavior Management Certificate
  • SPP - Strategic Planning Professional

Work experience: At least 10 years working in the MHS [e.g. DHA, MEDCOM, BUMED, or AFMS]. The most recent three (3) of the ten (10) years' experience must be consecutive experience supporting the planning and executing of at least six (6) meetings with more than fifty (50) attendees.
Security Clearance: Active Secret (desired, but not required)
