Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain an assigned client caseload.
Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
Ensure all services are delivered in accordance with BACB ethical guidelines and ABA best practices.
Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
Provide direct clinical support and consultation to clients and families.
Staff Development & Supervision
Mentor and supervise RBTs, BCBAs, trainees, and other clinical staff.
Support staff onboarding, training, and professional development.
Promote clinical excellence through coaching and ongoing feedback.
Utilize Organizational Behavior Management (OBM) principles to support team performance and operational success.
Assist with client onboarding and intake processes.
Support daily clinic operations and facility oversight.
Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and operational needs as required.
Collaborate with leadership on program development and quality improvement initiatives.
Participate in community outreach, education, and relationship-building activities.
Qualifications
Required
Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
Current BCBA certification in good standing.
Active state licensure (where applicable).
CPR/BLS certification (or ability to obtain).
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Minimum 3 years of post-certification ABA experience working with children and adolescents.
Preferred
Experience supervising and mentoring clinical staff.
Leadership or clinic management experience.
Strong knowledge of Organizational Behavior Management (OBM).
Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of ABA principles and behavioral intervention strategies.
Understanding of insurance, funding source, and regulatory requirements.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong leadership, mentoring, and team-building abilities.
Ability to build positive relationships with families, staff, and community partners.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to interpret and implement clinical protocols and treatment plans.
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds when necessary.
Ability to assist clients using approved safety procedures and adaptive equipment.
Ability to kneel, squat, crawl, sit, and stand for extended periods.
Ability to respond quickly during behavioral interventions when required.
Ability to travel between clinic locations if needed.
