Job description

POSITION OVERVIEW
A team-oriented role focused on ensuring accuracy, completeness, and quality of the audiobook catalog while supporting content delivery to millions of listeners.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Queue Management
  • Support production queue for internal/external audiobook providers
  • Gather necessary elements for audiobook production
  • Prioritize workflow based on stakeholder input
  • Track titles through production queue
  • Troubleshoot issues with various teams/external partners to ensure timely release
Catalog Maintenance
  • Manage updates for existing products using content management systems and ONIX metadata
  • Make and track changes to product records post-publication
IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Avid consumer of online media (audiobooks, podcasts, digital content)
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills
  • Thrives in fast-paced, high-energy environment
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • B.A./B.S. or equivalent degree, preferably in humanities
  • Minimum 1 year professional proofreading/copyediting experience
  • Minimum 1 year editorial/operations experience in audiobook or podcast publishing
  • Technical proficiency in:
