OBGYN Laborist
Federal Way, Washington

Seeking an Obgyn Laborist to meet the needs of a busy obgyn group within the Virginia Mason Franciscan Health System. This position is located at St. Francis Hospital in Federal Way, a suburb of Seattle.

  • BC with ACOG

  • A minimum of 2 years post-residency obgyn experience is required

  • Joining a well-established and busy physician and midwife women's health group consisting of 5 obgyn physicians, 6 CNM's and 2 APP's.

  • The group does approximately 140-160 deliveries per month

  • Schedule requirements include working seven 24-hour shifts per month

  • Duties include providing 24-hour on site labor and delivery coverage, collaboration with CNM's and ER coverage for GYN emergencies/surgeries.

  • Compensation $325,021 - $481,790

Federal Way is considered a suburb of both Seattle and Tacoma, making it a commuter hub for both major cities. Situated on a plateau between Puget Sound and the Green River Valley, Federal Way is located approximately 25 miles south of downtown Seattle and eight miles north of downtown Tacoma.
