**Locums | OB/GYN | 24hr Call | Bellefontaine, OH**
**Why This Role**
- Urgent short-term OB/GYN coverage with straightforward call schedule
- Low delivery volume with supportive nursing and APP team
- Community hospital setting with manageable case mix
**Assignment Details**
- Coverage type: 24hr call
- Start date: May 14, 2026
- End date: May 15, 2026
- Practice setting: Inpatient and outpatient
- Schedule: 7a (5/14) – 7a (5/15)
- Patients per shift: Varies
- Admissions required: Yes
- Rounding: As needed
- EMR: Meditech Expanse
**Clinical Details**
- Full-scope OB/GYN including clinic, labor and delivery, and call
- Average 1 delivery per day with approximately 30% C-section rate
- Primarily low-risk pregnancies with occasional higher acuity cases
- Level I nursery with limited complexity
- Support from nursing staff and clinical team
**Requirements**
- Board certified or truly board eligible (within 1 year)
- Active Ohio license required
- ABOG or AOA-accredited OB/GYN residency required
- BLS and ACLS required
- Minimum 50 deliveries in last 12 months with at least 5 C-sections
- Clean malpractice and licensure history preferred
**Compensation**
- Rates: Facility is accepting bids
