Job description

OB/GYN Hospitalist

We are excited to invite Board Certified or Board Eligible OB/GYN Hospitalists to join our dynamic, collaborative, and mission-driven team. This position involves providing comprehensive OB/GYN hospitalist care in major facilities. The role includes supporting maternal-fetal medicine and OB providers with labor and deliveries, surgical assists, and obstetric emergencies. You will manage obstetric triage and emergency situations, including ectopic pregnancies and torsions. You will perform routine GYN procedures, including diagnostic laparoscopy, supporting the Emergency Department. Participation in academic activities, including teaching OB fellows and residents from OB and family medicine programs, is encouraged. You will collaborate with a respected maternal-fetal medicine team in a collegial and supportive environment. A flexible schedule promoting a healthy work-life balance is available with 6 to 8 shifts per month. There is an opportunity for career growth in both clinical care and medical education. This position is required to be filled by a candidate residing within the immediate local area. Relocation may be necessary. Locums candidates and visa candidates are not accepted.
