Responsibilities

The Licensed Practical Nurse collects data and provides patient care under the direction of a Registered Nurse as defined by the Kansas Nurse Practice Act and the policies and procedures of SFHC. The LPN reports to the Clinic Manager or designee.


Qualifications

Job Requirements:

  • Graduate of accredited School of Nursing
  • Current License as LPN in the State of Kansas
  • BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.
