Job description

Providence Medical Group (PMG) is seeking a full-time Family Medicine physician to join team a well-established practice at PMG Gresham in Portland, Oregon.


You will join a dedicated, passionate, mission-driven group of providers who are making a vital impact to those in need by providing care to a culturally and ethnically diverse, medically complex, patient population. You’ll be part of an integrative primary care team including an embedded APP who will support your panel and In Basket management, a behavioral health provider, clinical pharmacist, diabetes educator, and case management team.


The facility is in an excellent location near the neighborhood city center of Gresham with shops and restaurants in walking distance. With convenient access to the Columbia River Gorge and Mount Hood, there is something for both city and outdoor enthusiasts, in one of the largest suburbs of Portland.


  • Full-time (flexible between 0.75 to 1.0 FTE)
  • 4 to 5 days per week schedule (Monday to Friday)
  • Board-certified or board-eligible Family Medicine, must be comfortable and willing to see all ages
