As a Full Time Case Manager Registered Nurse at Beacon of Hope Hospice, you will play a vital role in supporting all nursing services and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams. Having at least one year of experience in general nursing practice is required, with preference given to candidates who have experience in hospice, palliative, or end-of-life care.
