Work Environment

This position is 100% remote, with flexible scheduling options that include the possibility of evening and weekend hours to better accommodate our diverse client needs. Working from the comfort of your home, you will engage with clients through virtual therapy sessions, providing therapeutic interventions that promote healing and resilience. We utilize robust telehealth platforms to ensure secure, effective communication and continuity of care.

Key Responsibilities

Key responsibilities of the Licensed Clinical Social Worker will include:

• Conducting comprehensive psychosocial assessments to understand clients’ mental health concerns, strengths, and resources.
• Delivering individual, family, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.
• Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans, setting achievable therapeutic goals, and evaluating progress regularly.
• Collaborating with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other health professionals to ensure a coordinated approach to care.
• Facilitating group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups to foster community and healing among clients.
• Providing crisis intervention and safety planning as needed, ensuring clients receive the immediate support they require.
• Maintaining accurate, timely documentation and case notes in accordance with ethical and legal standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clients range from children to adults experiencing various mental health issues. The LCSW will work closely with individuals who may struggle with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, substance use, and other mental health disorders. Your role will revolve around creating a safety net of support, facilitating coping mechanisms, and empowering clients on their road to recovery.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• An active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Strong understanding of evidence-based treatments and therapeutic modalities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to connect with diverse populations.

Preferred Experience

While a minimum of two years of experience in a mental health or outpatient setting is mandatory, candidates with experience working in telehealth settings or those who have engaged with specific populations, such as veterans or at-risk youth, will be particularly valued. Familiarity with electronic health record systems will also enhance your application.

Compensation and Benefits

Oasis Psychotherapy Services offers a competitive salary range of USD 87,000–105,000 per year, commensurate with experience, as well as a sign-on bonus. In addition to financial compensation, we provide our employees with a comprehensive benefits package including:
