Position Overview

Oasis Psychotherapy Services is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our dynamic team. This full-time remote position presents the opportunity to deliver high-quality therapeutic interventions, diagnosis, and management of various mental health conditions, while working in a supportive environment committed to client-centered care. You will play a crucial role in enhancing the mental wellness of our clients, contributing significantly to their recovery and resilience.

About the Organization

Oasis Psychotherapy Services is a reputable outpatient mental health clinic located in the picturesque town of Golden, Colorado. We are dedicated to offering accessible, evidence-based mental health services to individuals and families across all age groups. Our clinic specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of a range of mental health issues, including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related disorders, and more. We pride ourselves on creating a nurturing environment that fosters healing and personal growth, ensuring that every client receives tailored support in their mental health journey.

Work Environment

This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home while reaching clients who may otherwise face barriers to accessing care. We embrace a flexible work schedule, accommodating evening and weekend hours to better serve our clients' needs. The clinic utilizes secure telehealth platforms to facilitate therapy sessions, ensuring confidentiality and ease of communication. You will collaborate with a team of dedicated professionals committed to holistic, client-centered care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and needs.
  • Provide individual, family, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based methods such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans with defined goals and interventions, consistently reviewing and adjusting as necessary.
  • Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated care and effective service delivery.
  • Perform crisis intervention and risk assessments, creating safety plans as needed for at-risk clients.
  • Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups aimed at empowering clients and enhancing their community connection.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions in compliance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring a thorough record of treatment interventions and outcomes.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clinic serves a diverse clientele, ranging from children and adolescents to adults and seniors, each facing unique mental health challenges. You will engage clients from various socio-economic backgrounds, each requiring tailored approaches to foster their individual healing processes. Your work will impact lives directly, making it essential to cultivate empathy and deliver effective, personalized care.

Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
  • Current and active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, essential for building rapport with clients and collaborating with team members.
Preferred Experience

While a minimum of two years of experience in a mental health or outpatient setting is required, candidates with extensive knowledge in evidence-based therapeutic modalities and treatment approaches will have a significant advantage. Experience in community health environments and a proven track record of successful client outcomes are also highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 87,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. We prioritize our employees' well-being and offer an attractive benefits package, including comprehensive health insurance (medical, dental, and vision), retirement plans with employer matching, generous paid time off, and continuing education opportunities designed to expand your clinical skills and professional growth.

Career Growth Opportunities

At Oasis Psychotherapy Services, we believe in the importance of professional development. Our organization encourages continuous learning through workshops, certifications, and seminars to enhance your clinical expertise and advance your career trajectory. Opportunities for leadership roles and specialized training may also arise as you grow with our team.

Why Join Our Team

Joining Oasis Psychotherapy Services means becoming part of a collaborative team dedicated to making a difference in the community. You will have the chance to utilize your expertise to support those in need, access ongoing professional development, and work within a flexible, supportive environment. We are committed to maintaining a culture that values mental health, diversity, and inclusivity, ensuring you feel valued and empowered every day.

Application Information

If you are ready to take the next step in your career and make a positive impact on individuals within our community, we invite you to submit your application. Include your resume and a cover letter detailing your relevant experience and why you would be a perfect fit for our team. We look forward to hearing from you!
