Job description

Position Summary: Responsible for the development, implementation and evaluation of overall quality and performance improvement plans, projects (PIPs) and initiatives at VNA Care. Works collaboratively with the Quality Improvement Team to drive efficacy in clinical documentation, quality metrics, patient outcomes and reimbursement.

Experience:

  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing or Bachelor of Science Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
  • OASIS Certification required.
  • Diagnosis Coding Certification preferred.
  • Licensed to practice in Massachusetts
  • Minimum 3 years recent experience in a related role with a certified home health organization (i.e. clinical operations, quality review, performance improvement and/or OASIS/coding review).
  • Strong analytical, assessment and problem-solving skills. Ability to read, interpret and apply written regulations, guidelines and other materials.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with individual at all levels.
