We are looking for a Home Health Administrator with expertise in Medicare compliance, billing, and coding to ensure our agency operates smoothly and in full compliance with regulations. Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with Medicare guidelines for Home Health services.

  • Prepare, submit, and track Medicare claims and required documentation.

  • Oversee OASIS documentation, care plans, and other regulatory paperwork.

  • Support agency audits and accreditation (e.g., Joint Commission, ACHC, CHAP).

  • Stay updated on Medicare rules and industry changes that impact home health.

  • Assist with billing, authorizations, and patient eligibility verification.

  • Work closely with clinical and administrative teams to maintain compliance.
