Job description

Occupational Therapist, Hospital Setting

Burger Rehabilitation Systems, Inc. has provided therapy services since 1978.

We currently seek an exceptional State Board Licensed Occupational Therapist to join our team in Oakdale, California. This position can be part or full-time work and we can be flexible on days/hours and has the fabulous opportunity to work in all settings: Skilled and Acute at about a 70/30 split.

This is a rare opportunity to explore two settings with a single position!

Our Oak Valley team is solid and has a wonderful and responsive Director of Rehab!

This position is available immediately.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Plan, develop, and conduct occupational therapy programs
  • Test and evaluate patients' physical and mental abilities and analyze medical data to determine realistic rehabilitation goals for patients
  • Consult with rehabilitation team to select activity programs and coordinate occupational therapy with other therapeutic activities

Qualifications include:

  • Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college or university or the foreign equivalent
  • California State licensed Occupational Therapist
