About the JobDescription

Do you have a knack for making the dirty sparkle? We’re on the lookout for passionate Grime Fighters who want to tackle dirt head-on! In this role, you’ll be responsible for delivering thorough and effective cleaning services, providing our clients with the sanctuary they deserve. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love to help others, and take pride in your work, we want you on our team!

Compensation

Pay ranges from $19 to $24.49per hour, Plus tips! Because we believe in rewarding excellence!

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and sanitize homes, leaving them looking spotless.
• Communicate efficiently with clients, listening to their needs and going the extra mile.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of your cleaning tools and supplies.
• Be proactive in spotting potential cleaning issues before they become problems.
• Create a positive and cheerful atmosphere—after all, laughter is part of the experience!

Requirements

• A keen eye for detail and a passion for cleanliness.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and take on physically demanding tasks.
• Effective communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Previous cleaning experience is a plus, but a positive attitude is a must!
