Job description

OSI Engineering in Palo Alto is seeking a senior Electrical Engineering leader to own the wearable platform hardware. You will guide the end-to-end electrical architecture for a stealth-stage neurotechnology startup, integrating sensors, RF, power, and mixed-signal subsystems on a flex/flexible PCB embedded in a textile beanie.

You will build and scale the EE team, drive DFM/DFT and supplier relationships, own BOM and part selection, and collaborate with firmware to ship the product by year end.
