Job Description Desktop Support Technician Location: Onsite - Indianapolis, IN Pay: Up to $31/hr Contract Pinnacle Partners is assisting our client in the search for a Desktop Support Technician to join their team in the Indianapolis, IN area. This successful resource will be responsible for assisting with the support of MS O365. RESPONSIBILITIES: Work within MS O365 with a focus on troubleshooting issues and providing various support Assist with creating and managing relevant knowledge based articles for assigned systems Resolve and support incidents Assist with the organization for desktop replacement cycle REQUIREMENTS: 3-5 years of experience in a T-2 technical support role Experience providing support for enterprise application systems Strong troubleshooting skills Knowledge of desktop and laptop hardware and software TERMS: This is a contract opportunity with a wage up to $31/hr based on experience.
