Office 365 Administrator

Location: Columbus IN Position Type: contract 06 months plus Rate: DOE independent candidates only and this position will be remote until the virus subsides

Job description:

  • Good working experience on Exchange onprem and Online, along with other O365 suite offerings, like OneDrive, Delve, Yammer etc.
  • Working experience on Skype for Business online and hybrid environment, along with MS Teams.
  • Monitor, administer, troubleshoot and provide L2/L3 server support for email routing for infrastructure hosted on Microsoft O365 and Exchange onprem.
  • Identify options to proactively monitor services and identify key issues and performance trends needing attention.
  • Good troubleshooting and analytical skills to handle critical/urgent issues on email and collaboration infrastructure, and driving them to resolution.
  • O365 security concepts and understanding from collaboration perspective.
  • Working experience on ADFS, AD Connect, and other identity Federation.
  • Understand Incident management, Change management and Problem management from ITIL perspective.
  • Understanding of with Lotus Notes and SharePoint is added advantage.
