This is a highly collaborative, individual contributor role ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of creative, production, operations, and partnership management.

  • Coordinate efforts between internal Studio teams and external partners to support flawless asset integration.
  • Proactively identify and resolve gaps, risks, and alignment issues throughout the content development process.
Business Affairs, Rights & Licensing
  • Manage talent rights, licensing agreements, and usage requirements associated with campaign and production work.
  • Partner with agencies, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure proper scoping, documentation, and compliance related to talent agreements, font licensing, and content usage rights.
  • Maintain expertise in business affairs considerations, including licensing renewals, usage restrictions, music rights, talent agreements, and contractual obligations that impact production timelines and budgets.

  • Manage project workflows, timelines, and deliverables across multiple teams and partners.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
  • Ensure comprehensive documentation of decisions, action items, and project outcomes.
