Position Overview

We are seeking a talented and motivated Strategic Development Manager to join our Creativity and Productivity Enterprise Customer Strategy and Success team. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about emerging solutions involving creative design, content production, and Artificial Intelligence. As a post-sales product specialist, you will help drive customer success and growth of our AI consumption business within our largest Enterprise creative agencies and professional services organizations. You will own driving adoption of Creative Cloud's generative AI capabilities, while also engaging with customers on Firefly Boards, Firefly APIs, Custom Models, Creative Foundations & Foundry opportunities. You will be responsible for managing the technical aspects of product enablement and adoption across specific customers, working closely with the assigned Customer Success Manager. You will play a pivotal role in helping our customers understand and leverage Adobe's enterprise software solutions, particularly within the Advertising and Professional Services industries, with a focus on creative workflow transformation and AI-driven consumption growth. A consultative approach, being comfortable engaging in strategic planning, solution development, technical business enablement, and process management, presenting and demoing to customer groups of all sizes, all while driving adoption of our emerging solutions will be the key to your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive growth of GenAI adoption within Creative Cloud, including GenAI MAU, credit consumption, and net new revenue, across a portfolio of strategic creative agencies and professional services organizations.
  • Lead enterprise demos, pilots, and proofs of concept for high-value use cases utilizing Firefly, AI Assistant, Custom Models, Video Production, Firefly Boards, and 3P integrations.
  • Engage customers on Firefly Enterprise API and Custom Model opportunities, including asset creation at scale, edit production assets, and localization/translation use cases.
  • Support customer engagement on Creative Foundations & Foundry, including world creation, review & approval workflows, and WIP asset storage in Frame.
  • Partner with Customer Success Managers, Sales, and Product teams to develop customized end-to-end enterprise solutions for your customers.
  • Engage executive and technical stakeholders to present strategic roadmaps, ROI, and adoption strategies tied to consumption and usage goals.
  • Drive customer advocacy activities, including live events, webinars, and Adobe Days.
  • Capture customer insights to feed back to and influence product and go-to-market strategy.

Minimum Requirements

  • Creative Expertise: Extensive design experience with Creative Cloud solutions, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Firefly, and/or other API solutions as a bonus.
  • Customer-Facing Experience: At least five years of experience in a customer-facing role such as Solutions Consultant, Sales Engineer, or Technical Sales, and/or in a Product Management / Product Evangelism role.
  • Technical Competence: Validated experience working in enterprise software and ability to grasp, adopt and teach new solutions quickly.
  • Presentation Skills: Strong ability to deliver engaging and persuasive software demonstrations both in-person and virtually, to audiences of all titles and sizes. Compelling on-camera presence for virtual engagement with customers.
  • AI Fluency: Foundational understanding of how artificial intelligence works, including its historical evolution and where the technology is headed, with the ability to translate that knowledge into credible customer conversations.
  • Consultative Approach: Ability to employ an advisory approach to comprehend business gaps and propose appropriate solutions.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying intricate technical concepts clearly and concisely.
  • Travel Availability: Travel as required for the role, potentially making frequent trips. 10% - 30% travel.
  • Self-Starter: Ability to work independently, lead commitments, and deliver on deadlines successfully.

Expected Pay Range:

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $135,200 -- $234,150 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process. In California, the pay range for this position is $161,700 - $234,150 In New York, the pay range for this position is $161,700 - $234,150 In Illinois, the pay range for this position is $149,400 - $216,300

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
