A successful candidate's actual pay rate will be based on several factors including relevant experience, skills, training, certifications and education.

HSHS Medical Group is seeking a Registrar to support our Priority Care clinic. The Registrar is responsible for registering patients for outpatient services and inpatient admissions. Providing a positive first impression of the local entity. Collecting insurance co-pay and deductibles at Point of Service. Quickly and efficiently expedites the admitting procedure. Prior Epic experience is helpful.
Position Specifics:
o Department: Registrar
o Core Function: Corporate Services
o Schedule: Full-time, 40 Hours/Week
o Schedule: 3- 12 hours shifts a week. Weekends rotate, as well as holidays.
Hours- 7:30am to 8pm
o Springfield - Priority Care
o Clinic Location: Springfield, IL
o Compensation that aligns with your experience
Education Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
