Job description

nursing Home Administrator

The Nursing Home Administrator will manage and lead as a residential healthcare facility to provide the highest quality care and quality of life for its residents while in full compliance with all rules and regulations of New York State, Federal Guidelines and all other applicable governing bodies.

Qualifications Include:

  • Must be a NYS Licensed Administrator

· Possess a Bachelor’s of Arts Degree or Bachelor’s of Science Degree in HealthCare Administration, Business Administration or Public Administration

· Master’s Degree in Health Care Administration, Business Administration or Public Administration preferred.

· Current New York State Nursing Home License required.

· A minimum of 1 year of administering a long-term care facility required, three (3) years’ preferred.

· Possess an understanding of nursing home operations, NYS Department of Health regulations, compliance, finance and quality & safety initiatives.

Job Type: Full-time
