Job Description

The City Manager leads the day-to-day execution of offline marketing campaigns across NYC. This role oversees campaign planning, logistics, field operations, platform management, and team performance while managing the field team to ensure campaigns are delivered successfully.


Key Responsabilities
Campaign Operations

  • Build and publish weekly Brand Ambassador rosters
  • Develop city campaign plans and optimize campaign performance
  • Monitor campaign execution and resolve operational issues
  • Review flagged missions and oversee campaign quality
  • Create action plans based on campaign performance and reporting

Leadership & Team Managment

  • Train and develop Team Leads
  • Conduct Brand Ambassador performance reviews
  • Supervise the Junior City Manager and delegate operational tasks
  • Conduct weekly team meetings and field performance reviews

Logistics & Administration

  • Manage flyers, inventory logistics, and materials shipped to and from the office
  • Manage city invoices and administration with the Operations Team
  • Conduct weekly field visits to ensure operational standards

Campaing Performance & Reporting

  • Analyze campaign performance and KPIs with the Head of Operations and Sr. Operations Manager
  • Monitor campaign trends and recommend improvements

Platform Management

  • Ensuring all field activities are up to date in the platform
  • Manage campaign scheduling and mission rescheduling
  • Maintain incentive programs, referral campaigns, and platform automation
  • Create Mystery Shopper and Team Lead assignments

Role Scope

The City Manager is accountable for the overall performance of the NYC market, ensuring campaigns are executed efficiently, teams are supported, operational standards are maintained, and campaign objectives are achieved in partnership with the Operations Team.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in sales, operations, retail leadership, field management, logistics, or hospitality supervision
  • Must have lived in NYC 4+ years & understand local crowds/traffic
  • Excel/Google Sheets proficiency
  • Laptop + phone required
