What are some common challenges faced by Nx developers when working in a monorepo environment?

Nx developers often encounter challenges related to managing dependencies and ensuring consistency across multiple applications and libraries within a monorepo. Coordination with team members is critical, as changes in shared code can impact several projects. Additionally, maintaining optimal build performance and understanding Nx's powerful caching and affected-commands features can require a learning curve. However, by leveraging Nx's robust tooling and clear communication within the team, these challenges can be effectively managed.
