Job description

3528 - 32017 - NWP Service Technician

Monday - Thursday 6:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

Perform technical service, repair, testing, and documentation activities for Negative Pressure Wound Therapy (NPWT) and Streamway® wall suction waste fluid management products. This role is responsible for executing approved work instructions, maintaining compliance with quality and safety standards, and supporting service level expectations through accurate and timely processing of service work orders.

Working knowledge of mechanical and electronic systems.

Ability to read and interpret technical procedures, work instructions, and specifications.

Experience with JD Edwards (JDE) or similar ERP systems preferred.

Basic computer skills and familiarity with electronic documentation systems.

Ability to follow direction, prioritize assigned tasks, and work effectively in a team environment.

Effective communication skills and attention to detail.
