Job description

NVIDIA / Digital Twin / Simulation Integration Engineer

Location: Dallas, TX

Role Summary

We are seeking a Simulation Integration Engineer with experience in digital twin, simulation platforms, and NVIDIA ecosystem technologies. This role will help decompose simulation platform capabilities into service-oriented components that can integrate with autonomy services and UI workflows.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with internal teams and NVIDIA counterparts to understand simulation platform capabilities.
  • Help decompose simulation capabilities into reusable service components.
  • Define inputs, outputs, data contracts, and artifact exchange patterns for simulation workflows.
  • Support integration with digital twin assets, OpenUSD/USD assets, terrain/site data, and simulation outputs.
  • Build or support adapter services that connect Helios autonomy services to NVIDIA / Physical AI simulation capabilities.
  • Validate simulation outputs for customer-facing operational workflows.
  • Document platform boundaries between Physical AI simulation and Helios operational simulation.
  • Support proof-of-concept and MVP integration demos.
Required Skills
  • 5+ years of experience in simulation, digital twin, robotics, 3D platforms, or platform integration.
  • Experience with NVIDIA Omniverse, Isaac Sim, OpenUSD/USD, or comparable simulation/digital twin platforms.
  • Understanding of simulation workflows, scenario definition, asset exchange, and simulation outputs.
  • Experience with Python and API-based integration.
  • Experience with containerized workloads and cloud environments.
  • Ability to work with complex technical ambiguity and define practical integration paths.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with NVIDIA Omniverse Kit, Nucleus, Isaac Sim, or Isaac ROS.
  • Experience with robotics simulation or autonomous systems.
  • Experience with geospatial/terrain data and site modeling.
  • Experience with synthetic data generation or AI model validation.
  • Experience integrating simulation outputs into customer-facing applications.
  • Experience with AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD.
