Your mission, roles and responsibilities

FORVIA is seeking an AI Solutions Architect to drive the adoption of AI across our North American Seating manufacturing operations. This newly created role will focus on identifying, evaluating, and scaling practical AI solutions that improve quality, productivity, and operational performance.

This is not a pure development role. We're looking for someone who can identify the right AI use cases, evaluate technologies and vendors, recommend scalable solutions, and help move initiatives from proof of concept into production.

What You'll Do

  • Identify and prioritize high-value AI opportunities across manufacturing operations
  • Evaluate AI technologies, platforms, and implementation partners
  • Design scalable AI solution architectures for manufacturing, engineering, and enterprise use cases
  • Lead AI initiatives from concept through deployment and industrialization
  • Partner with operations, quality, engineering, IT, and business leaders to deliver measurable results
  • Serve as a technical liaison with AI technology providers including Microsoft, NVIDIA, and other solution partners

  • Experience evaluating vendors, platforms, and technical solutions
  • Track record of delivering technology projects from concept through production deployment
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Manufacturing, automotive, or high-volume industrial experience
  • Experience with quality systems, MES, or shop-floor technologies
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms, data architecture, and AI deployment practices
