NVIDIA is seeking a highly motivated Investment Accounting Manager to join our M&A Finance team. This role will be responsible for all aspects of accounting management for our equity investment portfolio and partner closely with our Corporate Development and NVentures teams to support investment decisions.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Ensure investments are accounted for in accordance with applicable accounting standards and internal policies

  • Facilitate investment accounting decisions by serving as a trusted business partner to the Corporate Development and NVentures team

  • Identify and manage accounting risks of existing and new investments, including conducting high-level accounting diligence and performing impairment analysis

  • Own preparation and presentation of internal and external financial reporting for NVIDIA's strategic investments

  • Implement and monitor SOX controls over strategic investments

What We Need To See:

  • Undergraduate degree (or equivalent experience) in Finance or Accounting with active CPA license

  • 8+ overall years of experience in venture capital accounting, financial diligence and/or a related field

  • Technical accounting knowledge of Investment accounting (ASC 321, ASC 323, ASC 820)

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent executive communication and presentation skills

  • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 160,000 USD - 247,250 USD.
