RESPONSIBILITIES \tEngage hospital clients in long-term partnerships with NuWest \tIdentify strategic opportunities to service existing clients in an elevated capacity \tImplement and execute on short-term and long-term account strategy, adapting to changing market conditions as needed \tDevelop a network of business accounts that are responsible for new job orders \tAdapt communication style and strategy to fit each clientโs unique needs \tWork directly with recruiters to ensure candidate management is in place \tPerform assessment on candidateโs needs vs.
needs of client \tCoordinate submittal process, interviews, and client feedback loops \tMaintain regular meetings and business rhythms with clients via on-site, phone, and conference appointments \tIdentify opportunities and mitigate risk within accounts \tHit quarterly targets for account growth and development \tSolve problems and identify creative solutions to the most impactful business problems \tCommunicate with sales leaders and internal teams to ensure client needs are met \tManage open orders and collaborate with delivery on fulfillment ย \tProvide internal and external data/reporting on book of business \tAlso responsible for developing new business activities.
