OCES supports older adults and individuals with disabilities by providing vital information and coordination of services. By promoting healthy, safe living for our consumers, we hope to allow them to stay active and engaged in their lives and in their own communities for as long as possible.

Join our team as a Nutrition Program Specialist to provide support in various areas of the Nutrition Program including consumer records, billing and reporting

What you'll bring:

  • Your passion for helping others and a desire to make a difference
  • Bachelor's degree in Business related field preferred
  • 2 years' experience in a relevant business environment
  • Verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational, analytical, problem solving and computer skills including excel
  • Able to organize and prioritize work with minimal supervision

What you'll do:

  • Maintain organized, accurate meal counts, order sheets, and kitchen reports
  • Take the lead role as daily contact with the Nutrition caterer(s)
  • Analyze service deliveries and other data elements
  • Independently prepare various reports to ensure program compliance
  • Recommend suggestions to improve process flow
  • Provide office coverage for Nutrition Supervisors
  • Participate in projects to assist management
